View cost data based on azure billing cycle vs 1st-end of month
My azure billing cycle on a particular subscription is 23rd -24th of each month instead of 1st-end of each month. Very odd but that's Azure.
Instead of viewing usage from 1st - whichever day of the month it is I'd like to see cost data for my subscriptions billing period.
This should then match up with invoices that accounts/my md pays.

Dynamic Data Ranges
The dropdown box for selecting just a single month is not enough. It would be helpful to make the timeframe selector for costs analysis infinitely variable.

Start and stop options for resource
Most of the people deleted the resources if not required a certain period, for cost-saving.
So if we will provide the start and stop option for resources, it's very useful.12 votes -
Make it possible to auto-generate a specific (montly) report
Our financial department will be receiving a monthly export grouped on cost center so they can easily bill the departments.
It would be helpfull if we would be able to schedule a monthly report that would automatically be sent by email to a specified email address.11 votes -
Allow to drill down within the chart
Currently when hovering over the different chart elements every subscription related item is highlighted but it's not possible to click the item. It would be very helpful when the click on an item opens up the correspondent subscription.

Show costs difference per month in the chart
Currently the budget difference between one month to an other is not detailed enough in the chart. A very helpful extension could be rendering the difference as a percentage value between the bars in the chart.

Allow TAG on Reservations
tagging is not allowed on reserved resources (reservations).

Enable Cost Groupings for multiple Resource Groups
Typically, a resource group represents objects with a shared lifecycle, such as a single application. Within any organization, a budgetary/departmental owner may 'own' several Apps or Resource Groups.
Within Cost Management, there is no way to group together these costs without granting permissions at the entire subscription level, which is inappropriate and over-permissive.
Would love to see the ability to report on multiple resource groups.

Allow to import custom data
It should be possible to import data files manually, via drag & drop or via recurrent download from a specific url. This makes it possible to integrate third party services into the Azure Costs services to managed all costs from a single pane of glass.

Make it possible to automatically set users with permission to a sub as a contact
Currently we set the permissions of a user to the specific subscriptions for which they are responsible.
It would be nice if it were possible to have the persons with rights on specific subscriptions (excluding users with access to everything) to be set as a 'Contact' for the subscription which is displayed in the spending details window.

make it possible to put a tag on multiple entries
I would like to be able to add a tag to multiple entries within a subscription at once, for example put a 'TEST' tag on all entries within a test subscription.

Report Request - Cost vs. Number of Services
I think a good report would be the total cost vs number of services, so that we can show that we're reducing cloud costs while increasing the number of services to our organization.

estimated future costs
Show estimated future spend based on last x months spend plus a % set by end user (me) so we can estimated future spend.

Allow visibility of billing even if under CSP
Please make the billing and cost information available to the tenancy, even if the account is under a CSP agreement.
This would help us to monitor our usage and costs during the month, and not just after the fact.3 votes -

Make it possible to view which members have insight in which subscriptions
In the 'Manage Team' view you can see the users and define which subscription they get to see.
I would also like to see the list of subscriptions and see/define which users have view permissions on a particular subscription, so in other way define permissions the other way round.2 votesNice idea, we will check how to make this possible.

allow us to enter friendly names for the subscriptions on AWS so that it can be easily understood on the dashboard
The current AWS dashboard displays all the subscription numbers. What is really required is the ability for us to edit these to friendly Names for display and sort Purposes.

add or remove subscriptions on existing contracts
We have a directory with 50+ accounts, this is becoming unmanageable since we have to reconfigure all those accounts each time a subscription should be added. It would be really useful to add a subscription to an existing contract

Allow for grouping on multiple levels
When displaying the list grouped by subscriptions it would be helpfull if information on a lower level could also be grouped by another level (for example subscription) so things would like like :
