Make it possible to automatically set users with permission to a sub as a contact
Currently we set the permissions of a user to the specific subscriptions for which they are responsible.
It would be nice if it were possible to have the persons with rights on specific subscriptions (excluding users with access to everything) to be set as a 'Contact' for the subscription which is displayed in the spending details window.
