Which data can be accessed from the Azure Costs?

The Azure Cost Monitor is using an Azure EA JWT token to receive usage and cost reports directly from the Azure EA portal based on the official Microsoft API. Currently Microsoft is not offering more APIs then downloading all available usage and cost reports.

It's never possible for the Azure Cost Monitor to perform changes, e.g. creating subscriptions or changing account owners with the issues security token. 

The Azure EA JWT token can be managed from the EA customer in the Microsoft EA portal. This means when the token become rejected the Azure Cost Monitor is loosing any access to not downloaded usage and cost reports.
