Make it possible to login using an Organizational ID

Most of our Azure users (including those that 'monitor costs') only have an Azure organizational ID. It would be nice if they would be able to login to the cost monitor using this account.

    Currently Microsoft requires a separate domain and SSL certificate to build an integration with Azure AD. In addition it needs to be published in the Azure AD Marketplace. Because of that I decided to deliver this feature as part of the upcoming enterprise suite later next year.
